Snowpack Structure

The snowpack will be generally favourable. The weather will be mild. This situation will give rise to increasing consolidation of the snowpack. The weather conditions will give rise to rapid moistening of the snowpack in particular at intermediate altitudes.

Avalanche Activity

Moist and wet avalanches and ground avalanches are possible.

As a consequence of warming during the day small and, in isolated cases, medium-sized moist and wet avalanches are possible. They can be released, mostly by large loads. In addition ground avalanches are possible.
