Avalanche conditions are generally safe today. You're only concern is the slight possibility of finding a fresh drift that could crack out that is large enough to actually knock you around. I'm doubting this is a big concern but watch for wind drifted snow along and just below ridges especially in the higher more east facing terrain.

Snow and Weather

Current Conditions: The storm is basically over. Snow totals on the northern Skyline around Ephraim Canyon/Electric Lake are only a trace to an inch or two. The central and southern end did better and it looks like most stations are at around 5 inches. The GBRC Meadows station in Ephraim Canyon is the outlier with an increase of 12" since Friday. It's possible that it's accurate but I'm a little suspicious that wind drifted in snow there. I'll have a look today. The wind has been pretty strong from the west. It's slowing but still a bit breezy. Temperatures are cold and most stations are in the mid teens.

Mountain Weather: We'll see lingering clouds today with moderate speed west wind. High temperatures should get up to around 30˚F. Monday looks partly cloudy with slightly warmer temperatures. High pressure moves in for the rest of the week bringing warm weather. There is a storm depicted that's about a week away.
