Quick report
Great day over at round top. Lots of various conditions on the approach. Going from hot wet flop, corn, and icy/firm snow up high. Started to ascend the ridge of round top ~10:30am and the snow was very firm. We rolled the dice to wait longer to descend in hopes for some good corn. We waited until ~12 to descend and it was still very firm. Ideally would have waited longer. Snow is definitely melting quick and we noticed some collapsed cornices and potential glide cracks over on the sisters.
