Hiked, booted, then skinned up to West Granite this morning. Very, very minor and isolated surface cracking at 4600' just above treeline. After that, either 2" of fresh over crust on convexities, or up to 10" in concavities. Made some tiny pinwheels, 2" max diameter when skiing off the summit. Pretty ideal conditions, but wasn't entirely surprised to see the map go to yellow from green once I got down.
