Snowpack was observed to be highly stable with all previous weak layers either bridged by knife hard rain crust or saturated by rainfall and warm temperatures present last week. Modest snowfall and winds predicted thursday and friday could increase the potential to build wind slabs near ridgelines by friday and into the weekend.

Temperature recorded at 1400 of 37 Farenheit at 5,700. Winds calm and no transport observed. Broken cloud cover and fog with intermittent sunshine.
Snowpack
Snowpack at 5700' was 24" deep. 5" of most recent snowfall was becoming cohesive under mild temperatures and well adhered to crust layer below which measured 4-6" thick depending on location. Snowpack below crust layer was wet and slushy. Stability tests: ECTN3 and CT2/Q2 down 4" on stellars in newer snow (approximately 1" above crust layer).
Pit dug in location that was slightly loaded by general winds, no reactivity observed in wind loaded areas during the day.
