Quick report

The south end of Summit Lake zone could use some more snow for the approaches. Approx. 30cm at the road at the big pullout just south of Lower Summit Lake; unsure how much this has settled since it fell but I expect substantially. Weather at 1230 at about road elevation, 1,300': Wind: Calm Sky: Clear Temp: -8C Precip: None Lots of glide avalanche activity visible from the road, including many that appear to have released since the last significant snowfall on Nov. 6/7th. Attached a few photos from the road corridor of Tri-Tip and Templeton. Looks like it is mainly in the 3,500-4,000' elevation band.

Avalanche

Extensive glide avalanche activity observed from the road on south through west aspects in the 3,500-4,000' elevation band. Many appear to have occurred since last significant snowfall (Nov. 6/7th).
