Skinning up for second lap and didn't observe signs of instability. But lots of isolated weak crust layers at different aspects/elv. This seemed to slide on a light dry loose layer under the wet and heavy, not a crust. Warmed up quickly and snow was getting heavy fast.

Triggered a small wet slide while skinning over a convexity. 4" crown 8' wide path. It slid on a 28° slope without any cracking or collapsing on the tour beforehand.
