I hiked with spikes to the beaver ponds on Broads. The usual paths had ran including Bonkers, Diving Board, and Blue Ice. The avalanches had broke high in the cliff bands.
The avalanche nearest to Blue Ice ran full length while the others only partially on their respective tracks. All appeared to be several feet to perhaps 10 feet at their starting point.
I would suggest that much bigger glide avalanches are yet to run as they typically do each year. These will likely be very large this year due to record snow pack. Stay safe! .
