Quick report
Started from the campground at 12:45. 45°, sunny with a hazy sky, slight breeze. Followed the standard uptrack up. Started to note glopping at 2:00, dogs kicking off some rollerballs. Skinned up to elevation 3,100 ft and had an excellent ski down the west bowl. Still a crust but had softened up enough to be some good spring skiing. Back at the campground at 4:30. Did not do any formal snowpack tests. There is clearly some wet sluff happening in that bowl, see photos, but we were pleasantly surprised at how little came down with us. Thanks to the person on Sunday who reunited us with our lost walkie talkie.
