Great day on the mountain, taking advantage in a break in between weather systems. We experienced light snowfall in the morning which giveaway to some clearing and sunshine late in the morning, the high clouds begun to rapidly moved in, and E winds transporting snow on the highest of peaks was visible by the end of the day. There is a lot of deep and unconsolidated snow out there, and wind effect was noticable in most terrain. Isolated cracking, mainly near recent wind features and outside skin track.

Light snow(S-1, with occasional moderate S-2) was observed with precipitation ending about 1030. Broken clouds with sunshine about noontime gave way to a increasingly non transparent high cloud layer, it looked stormy to the southwest. Blowing snow being transported by E winds was discernible on the upper elevation peaks in the area, Sefrit, Larrabee and Goat by the end of the tour.
Snowpack
A deep snowpack in mid to upper elevation for November 19th, 160 cm at 4300 feet Austin Pass and 240+ cm in a more wind loaded area at Artist Point. Dug a pit near Austin Pass and found over a foot of low density F hardness snow sitting over 4F hardness to 1F hardness near the bottom of the pit, performed several snowpack tests, and able to identify several storm layers, but compression tests yielded no results. Widespread wind effect + previous and recent transport of dry snow was observed with wind texturing.
Avalanche
A few dry loose avalanches, mainly in steeper terrain. Old natural wind slab crowns, however could barely pick them out as they've filled in with recent snow.
