Quick report
Today we poked around below and near tree line due to the forecasted heavy ridgeline winds. We observed wind transported snow above treeline but never found any windslabs near or below treeline. We found 12-14 inches of light snow with not much of a base below it. Ski quality was fantastic besides a few near surface logs that we located with our skis while skiing below the hut plateau. There was consistent moderate snowfall all day with moments of heavy snowfall.
