Quick report

- We found faceting of previously wind affected snow - At 9,000 ft on a NE aspect found a slight density change 25cm down from F to 4F-. At 90 down the snow felt slightly softer with probing. HS 160cm on a more open terrain feature - By 11am solars were becoming moist and dense. No roller balls observed. By 2pm a ESE aspect at 9,300ft had a crust forming. - Snow remained excellent in sheltered polars, only becoming slightly denser by 2:30pm - No other signs of instability observed outside of fresh crown on Easter Bowl

Light winds from the SW. Saw snow banners on only the highest peaks in the area. Cloud cover decreased throughout the day and temps went above freezing in certain areas. Noted that low overnight temps in town were lower than Sesame and Summit temps.
