Quick report

Snowpack seemed really stable throughout the day, except for isolated wind slabs and wind affected snow. New snow total varied from 2-3 feet, depending on elevation. We traveled cautiously in higher terrain and more aggressive in lower. Overall, the terrain seemed very stable and many areas had naturally slid during the storm.

We skied Devils Slide on the way out from a tour yesterday and found snow covered debris halfway down and the apron running out at the bottom. Our observations was that it likely naturally slid during the last storm. Funny part is that the avalanche slid down to old snow from a week ago midway into Devils Slide, revealing my dog's pee in the middle from last Sunday. Sorry, everyone. She is still learning her manners.
