Quick report
Around 1230-1pm noted skier triggered wet slides on S aspects around 8800’. As we were traversing after exiting the SW chute, an individual snowboarder cut above our group, triggering a couple wet slides that spanned about 300’ and ran into two members of our party. One member skied out but the other was caught and carried ~200’ downhill and partially buried. She was able to self-extricate and we moved quickly out of the traverse to less exposed terrain.
