On my way out of the Tamarack area around 10am this morning I stomped on some wind slabs along the east ridge (ie Proletariat area) to test their reactivity and I immediately sent a shooting crack out 15-20ft both in front and behind me. The slab maybe slid less than a foot, but was probably at least a foot deep. Needless to say, I found another way down.
