The rain line sat at 7,500 feet on the Wood River Valley side of the pass and at 8,100 feet on the Sawtooth Valley side. Lighty snowing today, with 5 cm of new snow overnight.

Snowpack

Northern aspects held up to 2.5 feet of snow while more solar aspects held around 1 foot. New snow, wind transport and warming temperatures has developed a stiffer slab on top of the 12/5 weak layer of facets and is buried 14 inches down on NW aspect at 9000'. We had propagating test results on this weak layer of ECTP3 and ECTP8.
