Snowpack
Due north slopes above treeline have a small crust below a few centimeters of cold snow, with some weaker snow sandwiched between the deeper dust layer. This could be problematic with a new load. Northeast was moist at the surface, but this layer was only a few centimeters thick, and there was nothing concerning below it. Surface crusts will be widespread when the temperatures drop.
Avalanche
There were numerous small Loose Wet avalanches below steep rocky slopes. Most were just dibbles out of the rocks.
