A quick pit at ~5500 just looking at the new snow rain crust interface, crust was down about 15cm down, durable enough for tank traffic, estimated 15-16cm thick, the new snow was fragile, failing on mid storm discontinuing. With a block isolated shoulder taps produced a failure below the storm crust in transformed snow.
