Large slide probably cornice released on Friday or Saturday during the wind rain cycle. Ran over 2,00 ft. vertical. Deposition pile was at least 1/2 mile long. Bed surface was the ground. Perhaps several slides that ended in the same area. There were staunch walls within the debris piles in addition to the main staunch walls. the scale of this slide is hard to show in the photos. spent 1 hour climbing about the debris pile. This slide happened on top of the slide Doug Wewer reported on 2/10/14. The debris pile was more massive, but didn't run down Cutler Creek as far as the slide from 2/9/14. The debris pile was at least 1/2 mile long.
