Quick report
No signs of instability on the approach, but as we gained the ridge experienced lots of wind loading on to East aspects in the basin. Snow had just started around 10:00am, but within a half hour we saw totals of around .5 inches at upper elevations. Dug a pit at 11,400 feet on a Protected NE aspect, and observed a solid snowpack top to bottom F-4F, at 53 cm in depth. Conducted a CT, with results CT-N. Skied down the basin, traveling on variable snow conditions from wind crusts to pow without incident
