Did not observe any evidence of recent avalanche activity within my view shed. Did ski cutting on wind loaded slope on the NW aspect of Blueberry Knoll. Got 30cm slabs to break off (pic). Similiar cracking described in Glen Alps snow obs report by another observer on 3/18.

Day started out with partly sunny skies, which had turned overcast by 4pm. At this time cloud deck lowered and started snowing (S1). Winds calm.
Snowpack
Considerable variation in snowpack surface, ranging from 4F wind transported and compacted snow to wind board. abundant evidence of recent wind transport (pics). The Glen Alps weather station recorded wind gusts up to 53mph on 3/18. Ski cutting produced shooting cracks on NW aspect wind loaded slopes kicking off 30cm thick slabs (pic). Did pit on NE aspect of Blueberry Knoll at 2434ft (attached). Got CT13 and ECTP16 with failure of 24cm wind slab on buried surface hoar. Mislabeled this layer as rounding facets in the attached snow profile.
