Dug a pit on the way to Patsy at 10,124', NW aspect on a 30* slope. Found facets about 2.5 feet down. Performed ECT, propagated and failed on hit 5 around 1 foot deep. Decided to test the facet layer, restarted ECT and got a clean shear at hit 10. Picked my way through low angle trees and found lots of shooting cracks and general sluffing.
