Bench Hut

I observed 5" of new snow on top of old snow at 7,500'. Last night had a light freeze at this elevation and became isothermal by early afternoon. I didn't see any recent slab activity on my drive back to the WRV. The cloud cover was sufficient to prevent any wet loose shedding on south-facing slopes. The winds were gusty and intermittent, with some blowing snow visible.
