Small D1 R1 windslab avalanche observed on the lower slopes of Center Gully in Tuckerman Ravine. Unknown trigger, presumably natural. No ski tracks were seen entering the start zone. Observation and photo from the Hermit Lake area, avalanche runout and debris field were not observed. Observed at 0840.
