Quick report

I observed 3' deep wind deposited snow on east aspects. Light dry snow. I felt like East aspects were at risk of sliding this day and noticed this avalanche on my way home for the day. Periods of bright sun, very light snowfall, periods of clouds and reduced visibility. I avoided climbing East aspects with wind lips but enjoyed some great snow elsewhere.

Observed this avalanche on way home for day, I did not see it happen, but it must have occurred between 11am and 2pm. Sledder appears to have approached this ridge from bottom left in photo. I assume they either fell on top of slide debris and exited with debris sliding behind them. Location is approximately based on memory, but was definitely East of "Salad Bowl". Elevation should be accurate +/- 500'.
