Toured up to Artist Point and dropped onto Martha’s around 1100. Approximately 100 feet down, I trigged a small (D1) wet loose avalanche that ran down to the lake.

Quick report

The top few cm of slushy snow on top of a firmer crust created a solid wet/loose problem.

Small D1 wet loose avalanche on Martha’s (NE Aspect) ~4900’. Additional recent avalanches included a D2 near “Dog Chute”
