Quick report
We toured up to Chickadee Ridge from the old highway (Nordic Area). The wind was pretty fierce out of the SW most of the day. Pole checks showed about 1 foot of fairly dense snow before giving way for the bottom 3-6 inches. A quick pit confirmed about 30 inches of snow with the bottom 4-6 inches very faceted. We did not see any cracking, settling or hear any whumfs.
