About 1.5 inches of high quality light/dry powder fell in about within an hour between six and 7 pm. It was on top of an absolutely cruddy crust on slush snowpack and was dumping ehen I left (if the storm produces a few more inches it will be pretty good skiing). The crust was easily breakable and felt sporadically hollow in places (like polka dots in the snow pack). I imagine if this storm produces much snow it could have unexpected collapsing pockets. I did not observe any propagation, but wouldn't rule out hidden wet slides in the future.
