Quick report
Very good visibility during my midday tour. Did not observe any(!) natural or skier caused avalanches while touring to Artist point. Evidence of wind on the steep east face of table mountain. On steeper terrain only the top 4in of snow was reactive. Someone dug a very beautiful and large snow pit at Artist point. In poor visibility this will present a nontrivial hazard to other backcountry travelers since it will take a while to fill in.
