Quick report

First day on my new to me snowmobile (2nd time ever on one.) Rode up trestle creek road, kept it mellow the whole way and stuck to the road. New snow started roughly around the snowpark. New snow at snowpark ~3”. Approximately 8” new snow around 5000’ and 12 - 16” above 6000’. The last 2 switchbacks and above towards lunch peak showed significant wind transport. 1-3’ wind drifts on the road, and observed signs of significant wind effect to the snow near the summit of Lunch Peak. Highly textured snow with small cornices and obvious wind scouring in areas. North to east facing aspects all showed signs of wind transport/loading. No cracking or other signs of instability observed. I was first to the top, there was a long conga line of riders coming up as I was headed down.
