In Tuckerman Ravine, stable snow conditions were found. The snowpack consists of a mixture of ice crust and wind-hardened snow, well-adheared to the 12/29 ice crust. In areas where deeper drifts have formed in the past 3 days, there is a softer layer of snow (mid-slab) that showed no signs of instability.
