Quick report

With snow potential in the forecast be aware of how a new load might affect the aspect/elevation you'll be on:

If it stays warm could get a rain load on lower elevations, a storm slab on sun crusts (solar aspects) could be touchy, or the buried currently unreactive weak layer on north aspects could change with more weight.

A wet dusting overnight at the trailhead. Some good light in the morning then clouds started rolling and light turned bad.

Snowpack

Varied snow conditions on different aspects.

300' above the valley floor is where the snow starts to dry out and become soft again.

Avalanche

With better visibility this morning we were able to see a few more old wind slabs and wet loose avalanches.
