Quick report

Dug some pits as part of Avy 2 class on NW aspect in Door 1 of North Bowl. Little bit of reactivity in approx 40cm storm slab noted on CT and RB, unable to get propagation on ECTs, high spatial variability with presence and reactivity of PWL from December dry spell. No obvious signs of instability noted. HS ranged from 115cm to 160cm. More snow on the way tonight.

Storm slab rests on firm MF crust, then spatially variable series of crusts interspersed in snow from early January, forming firm slab on top of rounding facets from Dec dry spell.
