In northerly terrain in the upper elevations I was still able to produce propagating ski cuts of the settled storm slab - this was in complex steep terrain features. The slab needed a little more force, and was less sensitive than a couple days ago, however the failure plane was still the same - preserved weaker snow that is a few centimeters above the new/old interface. If traveling in northerly terrain tomorrow I would keep this layer in mind and assess its sensitivity. We exited the field at 11, SE slopes had just gone off.
