We observed signs of past avalanche activity in most steep terrain, but not all steep terrain. Did not notice avalanche activity under Jenga Chute during a quick pass, and some other suspect slopes. Found some high-quality skiing and some low snow cover on the exit. Surface snow with any south tilt was getting wet.
Noticed 2 collapsing that were localized after the second skier traveled on flat terrain near 10,800ft. Also observed signs of past avalanche activity from 12/6 avalanche cycle.Weather

“NTL snowpack 20-55cm deep from 10,500- 11,500ft, barley supportable for a skier. ATL snowpack 70-115cm deep from 11,500-12,820ft. 10-40cm of recycled powder (facets) sitting on top of 40-80cm 1 finger hardness slab sitting on a 10-30cm facet layer.”

Many slopes Above Tree Line (ATL) greater than 35 degrees with a N-E aspect released during the 12/6 avalanche cycle.
