The steep NE-facing slopes just before Washington Gulch TH had run naturally before noon today. They were D1's and will quickly get covered by the continued snowfall. The steep slopes near the Nordic Hill had lots of avalanche activity. These are NE-facing slopes around 9,000ft. About 70% of the steep slopes over 35 degrees had run naturally or been human-triggered earlier today. The remaining steep slopes were easy to human trigger and/or remotely trigger, while all the lower angled terrain cracked and slumped. The avalanches were breaking in both the storm snow and on the mid-November facets.
