Observations limited to aspects I could find with the lens, but no visible signs of avalanche activity other than small wet-loose near rock outcrops or beneath trees that had dropped large chunks of snow that rolled downhill. Peak warming for the week should have been reached today, but skiing on some slopes was around 1 foot of isothermal snow that could easily accumulate from a ski or sled turn, gain speed, and take a rider out if not paying attention.
Instabliity limited to pockets of wet-loose or rollerballs on solar slopes. Old wind slabs before the previous storm cycle still visible.Weather
