Rain ~.6" transitioned to snow around 11a at Paradise (way earlier than expected) after that. Fresh wet snow totalled around 2-3", tempratures held right around freezing and seemed well bonded to the newly forming rain crust below. Snow was being transported by wind after 2-3pm.
