Quick report
This was a short trip to see how much surfaces were softening and to get my feet back under me after a month off skis for a health issue. No wet loose avalanches, no signs of instability, and no avalanche concerns below 6600' in this area.

Steady light W winds kept the ridgetops and exposed slopes cool.
Snowpack
The inch or so of new snow from the little storm a couple days ago was only present in wind-loaded areas near ridgelines: no wind slabs, just some baked in, dense snow.
Surfaces were corn on S-SE-E by mid afternoon. E-NE and NE were in transition. We did not check W aspects on the way down, and SW was mostly dirt. Today's melt water was staying in the upper 5-10cm of the snowpack.
