We did a reconnaissance mission in the Palisades and Snake river ranges on 1/22. Widespread natural avalanches (over 100)were observed on all aspects and elevations with vary amounts of new snow covering the crowns and debris. Sizes ranged between R1-4,D1-3 with crowns averaging 60-90cm, some with notably wide propagation(1000-3000ftwide). Pits continue to show propagation (mid 20s) and we experienced multiple large collapses.
