Wind slab On the ridge line we observed a clearly wind loaded slope. We intentionally ski cut the wind loaded slope to observe wind slap pop off. Slab broke away cleanly and traveled 20ft before settling in mellow terrain.

Wind appeared to come from all directions. Lots of gusts. Snow was was definitely being transported
Snowpack
We noticed a sun crust 6000-6300 ft being buried under rapidly accumulating snow (groppel and sideways icy kinds). Wind was ripping, trees were dancing, and skin track was quickly refilled.
