Stubborn but present weak layer at 110cm, new snow not fully bonded to a crust at 20cm. 10 cm of wind slab forming on East ridge top of breccia. No cracking or collapsible was observed. Isolated crusts on solar aspects below 10,000' in gaps of tree cover.

breccia SE aspect at 10,041 ft. 175 cm snowpack at pit. fist to 160 4 finger to 155 1 cm pencil crust at 155 cm 4 finger down to 145 finger down to 115 pencil crust 115 to 95 cm finger 95 to 80 cm (bottom of our pit) . shovel shear: failure at 145 cm. q1. failure at 110 cm q2, CTN-25 ECTN-27 20 cm down, beneath new snow
