This avalanche was observed in real-time from the AMC Caretaker's Cabin. The debris field was thoroughly examined by an experienced team to assess the possibility of human involvement. No signs or signals from an avalanche beacon were detected. Time spent on the debris field was intentionally minimized to reduce exposure to potential secondary avalanches.
