We saw 2 failures with CT and none with ECT. The CT failures were on new and old snow interface between the two storms we had last week and we triggered the old PWL 20 cm above the ground. We were surprised we didn't see any new Jan/Feb PWL reactions. Please note this pit gave me more questions than answers and will be digging more pits to really see whats going on.
Snowpack
Graupel over melt freeze crust that was supportable on solar aspects and very thin or non existent on polar aspects.
