Decided to descend before making it all the way up to Montana Peak after realizing just how thick and difficult to ski the crust layer was. Bulletrpoof/concrete-like. During our first ski into the bowl, it was the crust that had control of our skis -- not us. Had enough of that for the day. Vibes were high regardless
