Looking across Grizzly Bowl, towards Grizzly Shoulder cliff band noticed solar affect triggering snow release from exposed rock. Tree bombs letting go adjacent to our location. Snowpack hand sheer test resulted in sudden planar sheer at 80 cm from ground. At steeper angled slopes (30-35°), even in glades at the start of decent released significant sloughing of top storm layer.
