Quick report
Snow appeared to be stable. Traveling on the north(dark) side of the mountain. 2ft of new snow that froze over a highly dense windblown layer about 48" thick that was difficult to shovel. New snow had a thin Icey crust. Very smooth and solid. Saw 44 degree temperature Sunday at the road. We were cautious at first, but we did not find a deep horror frost layer where we were. There were weak layers found on the way out and at Summit lake area.

2' thick slab avalanche. Isolated on ridge, did not travel along ridge to other faces. Looks to have occurred during last snowstorm where the snow was wet and heavy. Completely frozen up and non-reactive. Jumping on cracked crowns did not trigger a slide.
