Some great turns to be had in open trees. At treeline and above strong recent south westerly winds have created widespread wind slabs and started to build up cornices. There was some evidence of small recent slabs releasing on lee (north through east slopes). We stuck to skiing lower angle slopes below treeline where the snowpack was less wind affected and made for some great skiing.
