Quick report
Did not experience any obvious signs of instability while traveling. Skied south facing terrain to start, and throughout the day felt comfortable stepping up and skiing a steep north aspect that had slid mid storm cycle and filled back in. Test slopes were unreactive and ski cuts did not produce results, other than moderate sloughing of the newer low-density snow in steep terrain. Rain crust seemed to disappear at around 6,500' in this area.
