Quick report
Dug a pit around midday today on Jenny, a few turns down from the deathstar and skiers left of the now appx. 5-6 day old slide path. OVC, M, snowing heavily throughout the morning and afternoon. CTN and ECTX results. Potential PWL's are present at 30cm and 80cm down. Unscientific post test wailing on the column reavealed the 30cm pencil hard crust to be quite reactive and the 80cm faceted layer fully propagated. Again, this was some post test hammering just to see what they would do. Low risk at midday today, but potentially high consequence should you get down low enough to knock on either (or both) layers. Keep an eye on these layers in the coming days.
